Temperate Crab Salad



Ingredients: 150g Asparagus tips per person

4 potatoes per person

50g white crab meat per person

1 hard boiled egg per person


Dressing

1 dl chopped mint

1 dl chopped parsley

2 tbs capers

2 lemons

3 tbs olive oil


At home:

Boil the potatoes and eggs and place in fridge.

While they are boiling you can make the dressing.

Chop up the mint and parsley and add the capers, lemon juice from 1 + 1/2 lemons and olive oil. Mix in a blender or immersion blender. Put in the container you are going to bring out with you on your adventure and place in fridge with the potatoes and hard boiled eggs.


On the adventure:

Equipment needed - Storm proof stove kitchen, knife and cutting board.


Place you potatoes and eggs (if space) in a pot, add water and bring to a boil. After they have warmed up, take them out and quickly boil the asparagus tips for 3 minutes. Remember, the asparagus needs to be hard enough for a girl to blush, and not too soft that a man becomes ashamed! ;)

Crush the potatoes into peices and mix with the salad dressing. Cut up the hard boiled eggs into small peices and and add over the potatoes, add the asparagus tips. For the final touch, sprinkle the white crab meat over the top. If you want to impress the ladies, serve in a crab shell. Enjoy your culinary adventure!
